We are finalists in the NatWest Local Hero Mortgage Awards 2020, for Firm of the Year – Scotland!
The NatWest Local Hero Mortgage Awards
The awards aim to highlight mortgage brokers who go the ‘extra mile’ to support their local communities, while providing quality, expert financial advice.
Graham Felstead, Head of Intermediary Mortgages at NatWest, said: “The awards are specifically aimed at recognising the hard work and commitment of mortgage adviser firms that have gone above and beyond normal expectations.
“We can see again that there are many firms doing exceptional things in their communities.”
“These firms have exemplified putting the customer and their local community at the heart of everything they do, in addition to providing sound financial advice for those consumers within their locality.”

There are 12 regional categories within the awards, so Stisi Group is on the shortlist for Firm of the Year – Scotland. Three other finalists join us in the category. NatWest will announce the 2020 winners at a gala awards ceremony in Birmingham’s historic Town Hall on 11th March – so watch this space!
Client Obsession
We are absolutely passionate about what we do, and our clients are at the heart of our business. Our unique Client Obsession programme is a huge part of what makes Stisi Group different. We want to get the best result for each and every client, and we pride ourselves on offering a first-class experience throughout the mortgage process.
We’re delighted that our customer-first approach has been noted by the mortgage industry, through the NatWest Local Hero Mortgage Awards. This national recognition is a wonderful mark of achievement for our small team. It is even more exciting as we have only just entered our second year in business as Stisi Group!
A role in the community
Our team is led by Ross and Emma Stisi. They strongly believe that local businesses have a role to play in supporting their communities.
In Stisi Group’s first year of business we enjoyed partnering with Dunbar Primary School to sponsor their ‘Breakfast Bunch’ sessions. In the run-up to Christmas we then supported the local foodbank with a team challenge. We were also delighted to help secure a Skipton Building Society Community Giving donation for Edinburgh’s Steps To Hope – this amazing charity carries out crucial work with those suffering homelessness and addiction.
We’re privileged to live and work in East Lothian, and our community involvement is very rewarding in itself. We feel honoured to be finalists in the NatWest Local Hero Mortgage Awards… Winning would be the cherry on the cake!
