Connor plays a key role in delivering the high levels of service Stisi Group is known for. Working closely with Ross and Chris, he supports client relationships, conducts customer care reviews and helps clients long after their mortgage has completed.

Holding a protection-only licence, Connor also assists clients with reviewing their protection arrangements to ensure they and their families remain properly protected as circumstances change. His focus is on providing clear communication, ongoing support and a first-class client experience.

Chris has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. During this time he has worked with both lenders and insurance companies. His experience includes being a Financial Adviser, working in the pension industry and also working as a Mortgage and Protection adviser. He has a very strong background in customer relationship building with his main objective being putting the clients interest first.
