Congratulations are in order for Craig Spalding, our newest Mortgage and Protection Adviser! Mortgage Advice Bureau have recognised Craig for his achievements during his initial training programme.
Craig joined our team back in March and first spent a month with us in the office to get his feet firmly under the table. He then headed off for training with the Mortgage Advice Bureau, of which Stisi Group is a representative. This training included a comprehensive eight-week Princess Royal Training Award programme; all our advisers complete this before integrating into our business.
Last week, Mortgage Advice Bureau – Network Partner Scotland recognised Craig for his achievements during his training.
Starting our first 8 week training course, Craig joined Ross Stisi having previously never been a broker before. Craig immersed himself in Ross’s business prior to joining our adviser induction which helped him to understand the mechanics of the broker world. This time proved to give Craig a great start to his career as a broker.
